    emoticon for your comments about anti-inflammatories on my blog. I certainly do believe in nutrition to provide anti-inflammatory relief. I have to take a lot of meds and if I can take something OTC that will benefit me with no side effects, I'm on it.

    I was frustrated and looking for help. With such a long road to travel to meet my goal and the physical limitations of body, I found it impossible to do the challenges, tapes, video extra. It always left me deflated emotionally and required extra emotional energy to do it again. But your right!! One minute to two minutes eventually I will build the stamina. This way the goal is obtainable. Stopping the vicious cycle of negative feelings that come with failing. I want to thank you for you wisdom. I did my one min work out. I try for more tomorrow. But for sure the one minute will get done. You return power and focus back to my journey to a new improved, healthier me.
