My new goal for the spring challenge is to exercise for 400-450 min per week, I also will follow the new spark solution for the first 2 weeks of this challenge. This time I want to achieve my 5% weight loss. I will also eat at least 7 fruits and vegetables daily. These are my goals and I am going to achieve them.
