My new goal for the spring challenge is to exercise for 400-450 min per week, I also will follow the new spark solution for the first 2 weeks of this challenge. This time I want to achieve my 5% weight loss. I will also eat at least 7 fruits and vegetables daily. These are my goals and I am going to achieve them.

Hope your knee is healing, surgery can be tough, had mine done back in the late 90s and am back running. emoticon Thanks for the add and the recognition. Been super busy this summer with outside work and of course sneaking in some beach weekends. Again, thanks for stopping by and hope you up and about in no time! emoticon
