It is sad that I keep weighing, when my clothes are all looser than they were and I am buying my pants a size smaller. I guess it is just the daily feedback that I am addicted to and can't seem to stop. I was down 2lbs today, after a rest day, so that made me feel pretty good. :)
You believe that I should reduce my carb intake consistently? Right now, I TRY to maintain about 45% of my calories from carbs, with a 1500 calorie day. Try is the operative word there, of course. I hadn't thought about going lower, as it seems everyone/everything says 50% is key. This seemed to work two of those pounds off this week, but that could, of course, be coincidence. I will try this for a few weeks and then give the consistent approach a shot. Thanks!!
