Third time's a charm...?

This is my third time on Spark People and my last, I hope! I've been trying to lose 20-25lbs for a long while now but instead of losing the weight I just end up losing motivation. I want to become fit, not thin, and change the way I think about myself.

Personal Information:
My name's Jaclyn and I'm 20 years old. I suffer from Avoidant Personality Disorder (an extreme form of social anxiety if you will...) I would like to make friends on here if I can, I really don't know anybody.

Other Information:
I'm eclectic in my music taste, I'll listen to any style so long as it's well done. Right now I'm into Mark Lanegan, Mumford & Sons, Old Blind Dogs, Timber Timbre, That Handsome Devil, Elsiane, Puscifer, Van Canto and E Nomine.

As for books, I've been reading the Nightrunner series (finished book 3) by Lynn Flewelling and just finished Fight Club which has become an instant favorite.

Hello......today is good except that I'm eating too much, lol. I haven't got a lot of calories left, and my family has decided that they want to go out for pizza tonight. Ykes! I feel like this is a test. emoticon

1.8 miles sounds about right to me, but I don't really know. I'm doing steps, trying to get to 10,000. I'm not there yet today but maybe I'll walk to the pizza place emoticon

I think 20 min a day is a good goal, congrats! I bought a cheap pedometer and am enjoying it. I like being able to see how many steps I've done. Have a great day!
