My Goals:
My goal is to improve my fitness levels, add years to my life, live and love every moment as if it were the last,... I want to continue this journey, motivated and loving the progress and feeling of looking good, while ULTIMATELY, reaching out and being a motivator and support system for others who want to change their life and change their bodies!!


My Program:
Keep it "mix~ed up" : I completed 90 days of a circuit training program called ChaLEAN Extreme (June 29), and I am now onto the next step ~ the 90 Day P90X Challenge. I am a avid walker, 4.5 miles in the am and at least another 2+ miles in the evening ... thanks to the motivation and use of the Nike+ Challenge, I logged over 151 miles (walking/running combo) for the month of June and this month (July) I am going for 160!!...

    hi there! I really hope you accept my friend request. We talked through the military spark team about Insanity :] We are also about the same weight, so I would LOVE to go through this journey with you! I love your pics and You're a Runner! ME TOO! just started a little over a year ago. Ran my first half-marathon this past October. Don't get out as much as I used to with Insanity videos and such, but I'm trying to substitute one video a week with running, just so I can get some open road therapy ;] Look forward to working with you!

    I have been on a looong MIA... but I am back , with the New Year and really want to make steps towards getting healthier... so I just wanted to remind everyone of the PERSONAL fitness challenge over in the "Challenges" section of the group. When I got really movatied and there were many ladies join us there, I was pretty successful staying on track in the fitness area.. so, ladies, I need others over there to help celebrate our successes, and offer encouragments when we struggle... it is your OWN challenge to your to reach your desired fitness minutes you set for yourself....come join... PLEASE!!!
