All I can suggest is wipe away your past, don't keep reliving it in your mind. Your life starts now. Begin to make the changes you need to make for the quality of life that you and your daughter want. Commit to tracking your food each day and trying out one SparkRecipe per week (maybe you and your daughter could choose it together). Read one Spark article each day. Remind yourself that your instincts, thoughts and impulses are not going to change right away, but your actions can. Love that person you see in the mirror.
