You CAN NOT leave me! emoticon emoticon You MUST stay! emoticon If you ever leave sparks, promise me you'll let me know and give me an e-mail address or something! emoticon I had a couple ladies I'd known a long time on here and we talked quite a bit, and then....they were gone. emoticon emoticon There are definately times you have kept ME here! emoticon I'm feeling very determined to emoticon ! I'm far from perfect, but I'm better than yesterday. emoticon We will keep improving! emoticon I hope your hubby gets on board. It will really help! My hubby eats POPTARTS! emoticon almost EVERY morning emoticon for breakfast...and mostly junk! emoticon He is supportive, though. emoticon It's just hard for me if I feel all bingy or something emoticon Gosh, I wish I were rich. I'd hire you as MY nanny! emoticon ! I'd get break, you'd make money, and we'd both get thin! emoticon emoticon Don't worry about 2 lbs. I go up/down that in a day. One little step at a time. emoticon

Oh, I love your new page! Pretty! emoticon We got somewhere between 7-9 inches or so. It was the light fluffy kind so pretty easy to shovel! emoticon I had dug out 2 of our cars, and was between the last and the neighbors when the road crew came through and plowed us back in. emoticon We took lo out for a bit emoticon . He loved it! emoticon Then I re-shoveled! emoticon half of it back into the road. emoticon Lo loves ELMO and THOMAS THE TRAIN!!!!!! And cars! He loves them. emoticon emoticon and playing with his kitchen and feeding his stuffed animals. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon I wouldn't worry to much about being off track or it being your ONLY focus. Just take it small. Make the 30 min of daily activity your first goal. emoticon Try to make it first thing you do. emoticon I find better eating often follows. emoticon I'm not doing to bad. I know in the long run I need a complete food overhaul emoticon , but for now I'm tracking my calories and trying to get in a workout daily. emoticon I joined a different BL team and I'm a Neon Ninja! emoticon emoticon We're in the pre-challenge. I think it will be good for me, and I think I'm ready this time. emoticon So, let's do this together! emoticon I'll be on here and stalking you more!!! emoticon emoticon I HAVE to make changes. I can't live like this anymore! emoticon I'm ready to do some more of this emoticon Gotta go track my food emoticon Talk to you soon!

Nope. I think you just read my last comment. emoticon I was starting to feel like a stalker. emoticon emoticon emoticon Don't feel bad about feeling stagnant. I really felt that way a long time. It's one of the reasons I opted out, then wished I hadn't. But now I'm kind of glad I did. I was just tired, and felt like each week I logged in....it just showed more of my failure. I was getting really disheartened. emoticon I'm glad to hear you are being productive, though. I bet it feels good. My house is such the pits, it's just no fun and not relaxing. I hope you get some, what do they call it...Zen? out of it! emoticon Did you get your tooth fixed? I finally got my crown put on. I almost wish I'd gone with the implant now, but at least it's done and not bothering me anymore! emoticon Two other teeth I swore were bothering me...but they did a cold test, bite test, x ray, etc. Can't find anything wrong with them. I miss my old dentist. I swear he retired and my teeth went haywire! emoticon Speaking of birthdays...my lo will be 3 years old in May. I just don't feel that is possible, and move to strike! emoticon Where does the time go???? So, I am dealing with worsening daily headaches. I'm NOT enjoying them. emoticon I went to the doctor a couple weeks ago, and she felt like my overall numbers didn't warrant medication at this point and worried it'd go too low. However, since then my numbers have gone up a lot and the headaches. Holy smokes! I'd stay in bed all day if not for a 2 year old I know. emoticon Anyway, I think I'm finally scared enough to make some real changes. emoticon I've been tracking my food for 2 days and make a point of planning 30 min on my gazelle...but did 60 min. It felt great! I'm hoping to hit the Y in the am, but if not I'll use lo's naptime to do another 30 min. Sorry this is so long, just updating you. Oh, keep in touch!!! Even just to say hi.
