Welcome to my page! My name is Tosha and I'm 23 years old. I've been overweight my entire life and after many failed attempts on other diet approaches I've finally decided to try calorie counting. It seems like the only sensible solution. I've got my friend, Star, whose doing this with me. We've been friends for 8 years although it seems like a lifetime. We decided to start our diet January 1st, 2010 with a new year and hoping for a new us. I'm currently doing 1200-1300 calories/day, weekly weigh-in, and monthly record of measurement. I hope to start exercising two weeks after starting my plan (January 15th, 2010). I'd like to do 30 minutes/day atleast 5 days/week. We've set several goal limits of 25 lbs. and have picked out rewards to give ourselves when we *both* reach those goals. Check back often and God Bless!
