Hi I'm Martha, I am 53 and working at getting healthy!! I am married to a great guy and we have 1 dog, Willis. We also have 4 wonderful grandchildren. I want to be able to run and play with them for a loooooong time. My dogs are pictured here together. I lost my beautiful husky/cur mix to the side effects of a drug called Rimadyl. I will take the time to walk or do some other form of exercize daily. I will eat healthy foods and not deprive myself of the occasional treat. I will keep myself neat and clean at all times. This is important for self-esteem. I will love myself, because until I do I can't love anyone else! I AM WORTH WHATEVER IT TAKES TO DO THESE THINGS!

I would like to introduce myself, My name is Martha I live in a small town south of Houston, Tx. I am married and have 1 daughter who has blessed me w/2 wonderful grandson's. I have 2 step-son's my oldest has given me 2 beautiful granddaughters. Life is good (it sure beats the alternative) Keep smiling'!!
