It's been almost 2 years... My body has broken down again and I've gained the weight back. I'm up to 234 again. MY PCOS is out of control and I need to control it. I live in Miami and if you need a friend or an accountability partner please let me ...

This year and a half has been one of the worst and best years of my life. The best because I was able to start a beautiful relationship once again with Jesus but the worst because of my divorce him moving in his current girlfriend and having a baby with her all in less than a year.

I need support and I need to keep up with the program. Food is my comfort and I need to STOP using it as an excuse to stuff my face!!!!

Love never fails.

4 Love is patient, love is kind.
