General goals:
I want to feel better about myself and how I look in clothes. Plus I can definitely tell that when I eat bad foods, I get sick, which is an altogether unpleasant experience.

Specific Goals:
-Lose 20 lbs by Sept 11, 2011 (the day I go back to school for senior year!)

-Get at least 30 minutes of cardio exercise 3 times per week

Long-term goals:
-Continue to make healthy weight loss goals

-Maintain the SparkPeople program once I return to school

My Program:
Nutrition:
-Stay within 1200 and 1500 calories each day, paying close attention to my carb consumption

-8 glasses of water per day

Current Exercise Program:
- Nike Training Camp cardio, at least 15 minutes, 5 times a week
- Official 28-day Bootcamp

yeah i was the same after the first time i did the workout. it was the next day that i realized just what a great workout it was because i was sore all over. :o) i love how short it is and it still works. i see you are really good at staying with the 8 glasses of water a day. i always forget that.
good luck on day two of the shred. you can do it.

that sounds great. it is for sure working. i am doing the 30 day shred now and it totally kicked my butt on day 1. i am super sore. i guess that means it's working. she is crazy. well i cheated and had a box of chocolate when i went to see "the other guys." (great movie by the way.) back to the veggies tomorrow.
