    yeah i was the same after the first time i did the workout. it was the next day that i realized just what a great workout it was because i was sore all over. :o) i love how short it is and it still works. i see you are really good at staying with the 8 glasses of water a day. i always forget that.
    good luck on day two of the shred. you can do it.

    that sounds great. it is for sure working. i am doing the 30 day shred now and it totally kicked my butt on day 1. i am super sore. i guess that means it's working. she is crazy. well i cheated and had a box of chocolate when i went to see "the other guys." (great movie by the way.) back to the veggies tomorrow.
