Hi. My name is Lisa and I need to lose about 25 pounds. I started gaining a lot of weight after I had my daughter Emily. I went on Weight Watchers online about 2 years ago and lost about 15 pounds. I used to walk about 2 miles everyday but when we moved to Gainesville, I started having problems with my foot. I have plantar facitis. So I could not walk anymore and dealing with all the pain just made me depressed and all I wanted to do was eat. So in 2 years my weight has crept up to 165. That's ...
Hi. My name is Lisa and I need to lose about 25 pounds. I started gaining a lot of weight after I had my daughter Emily. I went on Weight Watchers online about 2 years ago and lost about 15 pounds. I used to walk about 2 miles everyday but when we moved to Gainesville, I started having problems with my foot. I have plantar facitis. So I could not walk anymore and dealing with all the pain just made me depressed and all I wanted to do was eat. So in 2 years my weight has crept up to 165. That's the heaviest that I've ever been. My weaknesses are fast food and sugary snacks. I'm hoping that I can change my eating habits so that I won't end up like my mom. She has terribly high cholesterol and she has type 2 diabeties.
