Hi and thanks for stopping by and commenting on my blog. Also, emoticon to SP. This is a wonderful place of knowledge and support. Although I have not reached my goal yet, I still have hope and will not give up. It has taken me so long to actually find something that works for me because I bought into the SAD as well.

emoticon ... here's to us reaching our goals. emoticon emoticon emoticon

Congrats on your new job! And thanks for the comment on my blog. Now I know I'm not alone in my little cheating! Atkins really is a great program. In my case, I have chosen to be low carb for life, especially since doing a lot of research about how bad carbs affect not only our weight but our health too. Anyway, thanks again and keep on pushing!!

That's weird that your meds are making you feel that way. Aren't they supposed to be doing the opposite? Anywhoozle, the podcast I run to most often is Meditation Oasis. I've tried others but none that I like as much as that one. The Chopra Center puts one out, which has a couple of cool breathing technique meditations, but other than that I didn't care for it too much.

Let me know how it goes! :D Also GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR INTERVIEW!

It's great to know that someone probably read that in the right voice and was amused. Sorry about the water up your nose!

Hi,

We have a lot in common, even though I am a generation older than you are. I just started Atkin's Diet today for the first time in years.

I have had PCOS forever, and went through 11 years of infertility treatments. I know that you are going to have a much more positive experience with that than I did. When I was your age, PCOS was a brand new diagnosis. Medical technology for everything is so much better now. I didn't lose the weight when we were trying to get pregnant, so I never had a baby.

If you want to support each other on Atkin's and in life, I am ready.

Hugs,

Sally
