Lose Fat and Build Muscle
My goal is to lose fat and build muscle. These goals sometimes seem diametrically opposed, but I'm working on it. In the process I am getting much more fit.

My Goals:
I am 44 years old and trying to get back in shape. My goal is to get to 185 pounds, be fit, and build (or keep) muscle while doing it.
My Program:
Strength training three days a week with a total body routine at home. I also shoot for a minimum of 45 minutes of cardio three days a week. Bicycling is my favorite way to get in my cardio.
Other Information:
Riding a bike is FUN! The treadmill is NOT! Never argue with idiots... they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
