Fair, Fifty& Fat But Not For Long!
I live in Moulton, Alabama and I'm a swing shift worker at the Courtland paper mill. Single but with lots of friends and a loving family including 4 sisters, one son and one grandson. Age and gravity have done a number on me but I'm fixing to fight back! I've suffered from hypothyroidism for over 10 years (it's sorta the family curse# and doesn't help with the weight loss issue.

My Goals:
I would like to live to a ripe old age and still be able to enjoy life! I need to start now because my BMI, blood sugar and pressure are all too high.
My Program:
Attempting to develope a healthy lifestyle without losing all the joy in life. That means all things in moderation and I've got to get off my more-than-ample behind and start getting more exercise.
Personal Information:
I'm from a little town in North Alabama where you don't have all the gyms and spas that some people have. Just a not-so-little country girl whom age and gravity has done a number on.
