Too Chubby Mommy

Hello, my name is Janet. I have been overweight since childhood. Now, I am a Mom and I want nothing more than to become a healthy role model for my daughter. My unhealthy eating affects my husband as well, he has gained weight consistently since we have been together. He is a wonderful man, I want to make him proud...but of course I want to finally be proud of myself. Many years in the future I want us to be healthy and active Grandparents as well :)

My Goals:
I have LOTS of weight to lose so my goal is just to see a continuous DOWNWARD trend on the scales...one pound at a time.

My Program:
From past experience I know that doing exercise gives me an energy and confidence boost....SO...I plan to walk on my treadmill at least 3 times a week while the little one is having her nap.

There are teams to fit everyone here, you just have to look around to find the right one for you. Being an active member here is key, to becoming successful on your journey. I have been trying to loose weight twice as long as you have.
Posting my food and exercise really works for me.
I also am following the guidelines as set up in the Spark book.
