My Goals:
My short term goal is to lose at least 25lbs. (total) by April 2013. My long term goal is to maintain my healthy lifestyle and to incorporate jogging into my program. ( I'd like to go for a morning run before work )

My Program:
I like to hike the trail @ Kenneth Hahn, then do crunches, squats, bridges, etc in the evening (every other day). I use dumbells and the resistance band to strengthen my arms, legs, and back.

Also, until I am satisfied with my constant & steady weight loss, I only weigh myself once or twice a month (or so, for now), so I won't feel that bit of disappointment if I don't lose weight that week. Just because I know that I can do it (more like I WILL DO IT!)!! I AM accomplishing what I set out to do. No matter what the scale tells me. I'll just wait (to weigh myself), that's just me....

hey missy. thanks for stopping by. I recently had weight loss surgery and am doing great. just wanted to track my weight on spark people. It's not easy..well..easy for me as im a habitual dieter...but it's not a magic pill. I have to work at it. thanks for checkin in and showin love. imma send you a virtual gift! lol

I know I know, I sound like a broken record - BUT I WILL NOT GIVE UP ON YOU. You are all here on this site, on this team for support so GOSH DARN IT - I'm going to give it to you. I know for me the road this year has been difficult and my track record for keeping my goals has been less than perfect. However, I refuse to give up on myself or YOU!
