Just keep moving! Your worth it! Let the hurt go!
Hum, I did an update yesterday and it didn't save! Anyway, I've been on a short well needed attitude adjustment vacation! I feel so much better and ready to tackle Phase 2, Round 2 of my weight loss challenge! No complaints, no stressing out because of one meal off track, just get back on track and keep moving! No stressing out about the scale either! Just one day at a time, one step at a time! All this stressing out is hindering and discouraging me! If I fall ...
Hum, I did an update yesterday and it didn't save! Anyway, I've been on a short well needed attitude adjustment vacation! I feel so much better and ready to tackle Phase 2, Round 2 of my weight loss challenge! No complaints, no stressing out because of one meal off track, just get back on track and keep moving! No stressing out about the scale either! Just one day at a time, one step at a time! All this stressing out is hindering and discouraging me! If I fall off plan one day, its nobody's fault but my own, so no complaining! Keep moving, keep moving, keep moving! I'm working long hours now and can't logon everyday! I'm not going to stress about it. Just keep moving! 1/8/2013 - GOT THAT JOB!! Praise God! 2013 - first thing I need to do is find a job! Then everything else will fall into place. In the meantime, try to stick as close to plan as possible with the food I have in stock. Last year was rough but better days are ahead! Back down to 51 lbs and going!! I may slip but I won't quit! Not this time! *Attain goal weight by year-end! *Go running with my daughter! I haven't ran in years! 2012 - Lost 53.6 lbs this year! However, I gained back 4.8 lbs during Christmas holiday. Not going to sweat it though, just get back on plan!

Currently working on Changing up the program! Continue Zumba Chair it is fun! Especially on those days my joints are not co-operating. Continue Chair Exercise weekly fitness routine & walking the dog 2x a day!
Personal Information:
I'm 58 and want to enjoy the rest of my life. 59 will be knocking on the door soon, will I make it past 50 lbs down? Live, Love and Laugh! By the grace of God, I will make it! Praise God!
Other Information:
I love to travel! Trip after meeting goal - Egypt! There's a trip planned for the end of 2013, but I won't be able to make it! I'll plan for next year!
