My Goals:
My goal is to lose at least 3 pounds a week until I've lost the 60 pounds that have taken over my hips, thighs, stomach...etc.

My Program:
I am going to track the amount of food I eat daily.

Personal Information:
I am from Whitinsville, MA and a grandmother of 10.

I work in Grafton MA as an Executive Administrative Assistant.



Other Information:
I love books, the ocean, the mountains...

emoticon We are all here for each other. I have found that posting my goals where everyone can see is helping to keep me accountable. Remember it is not about following a diet, it is following a healthy lifestyle. I have a hard time with that as well. I have tried to follow numerous diets, but I can never stick with it. It is all about moderation, which is something that I struggle with.

I am headed to Las Vegas this year! We usually go in February, but I couldn't go this year because of work and I wanted to go when it was a little bit warmer. I look forward to getting out of the winter weather in Upstate NY, however, it hasn't been bad this year!
