Hello! I am a working mom of 3. I have 2 boys who are 8 and 5 and a baby girl who is 10 months old. I am redoing my spark page because I took a hiatus while I was pregnant. I gained too much weight during my pregnancy (60 lbs) and need to get my butt in gear to get healthy again! After losing almost 30 lbs as a member of sparkpeople... I am now up 38 lbs. So, here I go!

My goal is to continue to take steps to achieve a healthy weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Here are my short term and long term number goals:
2/13 (new start date): 204
3/20 (daughters 1st Birthday: 194
6/25: 170
8/16: 155 (my Birthday)










My Program:
* Walking during my 2 15 minute breaks at work.
* Keep track of my daily calorie intake.
* Drink 10 8 oz glasses of water a day.
* Add in additional cardio and strength training at least 3 times a week.

Hi thanks for stopping by my page to check in. Great job with starting the challenge!! I had to stop for a week because I hurt my thigh somehow. I woke up early last week from the pain in my leg. I have been on a pause for the week. I stopped at day 9 so I will be starting there again soon. Today I'm going to do some SP Videos to take it slow and see how that goes. I don't want to flair up the pain. I find the challenge fun and brutal all in one. LOL

Great job!! Keep going!!

Thanks for stopping by my blog. Each day is different and so are the times. The first day was only 8 min. The other day was close to 20. I can tell you that each day has been great. You will sweat your butt off too. Today was Day 9 and going strong!!

Thanks for stopping by my blog. I tend to weigh myself at least Thursday - Sunday so I don't get depressed if the Saturday number is out of whack. I weighed myself again this week so see how much damage the donuts did on Sunday. I'm actually having a great week so far. My biggest problem is that eating the donuts on Sunday has me craving them ever since.

I can totally relate to the non-sleeping one year old. Is yours teething or just in general having sleeping troubles?

Thanks for stopping by my blog. The kids were sick for about one week, but didn't have to go do the doctors or emergency room (unlike the kids of several of my co-workers). They survived and now their immunity is even better!
