Found a healthy snack for when I'm craving CHEESE...thought I'd share since I know how much you love cheese!
Laughing Cow light cheese spread on some Wasa Rye Crisp crackers. I don't recommend eating the crackers alone, but with the cheese spread on them they are great. Absolutely delicious and guilt free...so try it out!
Bill and I are also finding Stir Fry to be a good dinner choice because it's super fast and very healthy. Sautee some chicken pieces up in light oil, then just added a frozen bag of "stir fry medley" veggies. At the very end I added some Teriyaki marinate...check out the marinades at the grocery store, there are some healthy ones. We used one by Lawry's and it was pretty good.
