Spark has been a great tool, guiding me to lead a healthy lifestyle. The people here are very encouraging and helpful.

I'm happy with my weight, although I would like to tighten up my abdominals (my trouble spot)grr
I'm 5' tall and weight about 112 pounds.

My Goals:
live a healthy liferstyle, exercise and eat healthy to keep in shape, survive college! travel the world i would like to participate in a triatholon or a half marathon someday

last summer i did a 40 mile bike ride!!

My Program:
I take a spinning class twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. After spinning I will do some weights and abs, sometimes i'll attend a pilates class. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays I take a pilates class. I will also run on the treadmill for 30 minutes and do some weights and work on my abs. On the weekends I usually run on the treadmill for 30 minutes, do some weights and abs.

I'm a freshman in college and plan on doing a double major in International Business and Italian. I love to travel and someday hope to see the world. Living a healthy lifestyle is very important to me and I love to exerise.

Way to go on your half marathon!!! You should be really proud of your accomplishment!!! Now, remember to eat a lot of fresh fruit and veggies to help you recover and not fall sick due to the stress of the run his week .... you need to be in form for your next run! ;) :D
