My Goals:
Lose 6 sizes, about 120 pounds
Get my HA1C under & and keep it that way
Reset goals and total weight lose for my restart June 2013 since I was 8 pounds lighter than when I start last year.

Rewards: Updated Sept 2013
60 pounds =get lower back tattoo redone (ok I cheated and got this done about 5 months ago, need a new one)
20 pounds= Summer get together at the house with friends, cause its gonna happen this summer! Done Sept 7/13
40 pounds= Spa Day, Massage, Nordic Baths etc
60 pounds= vacation weekend which includes some live event, music, play something
80 pounds= Another full Spa day!
100 pounds= Girls weekend shopping getaway!
112 pounds = full professional photo shoot

My Program:
No diet sodas etc, only water and blended juices and smoothies
With Personal trainer 2 days of week as often as possible and cardio 5 mornings a week, weekends off most weeks (working on the road sucks!)
try to limit processed carbs, avoid white potatoes, avoid pasta, and eat bread once or twice a week, brown of course.
Also started planning supper for 2 weeks at a time, huge stress relief and helps avoid the last minute take out food because Im planning ahead

Other Information:
Type 1 pump wearing diabetic.

just checking in on ya. Are you back from vacation yet? I hope you are feeling splendid!!! I feel like I took the whole month of September OFF...I didn't gain (thank goodness) but didn't lose either so trying to keep myself focused this month. Aside from a few days in Dallas at the state fair, hopefully I can keep things in check! Holla at me and let me know how things are in your neck of the woods!
