I see where you are getting discouraged about weight loss. HAng on! The weight will come off. It takes time & persistance... Pay attention to your needs. Hi Tommie! I don't know if you ever learned how to change your weight tracker. I tried adding a comment yesterday but my computer wouldn't cooperate. From your Spark page and click on "tools" across the top. Click on the "start" button. When that comes up on the left hand side you'll see the weigh in button. Make sure you click on the words "weigh in". From there you'll be able to edit your new weight. I weigh myself in on Fridays. It took me awhile to figure out how to do it too. There's so much to this web site that I remember that I've seen "something" somewhere, but then can't remember how to get back to it! I guess it will all come together in time! Take care! Just think!... When you have lost 13.3 pounds you will have lost 10% of your goal! If you do that 10 times over, you will be at your goal weight!. Just take is one day, one week at a time. er...that is, unless you just put the weight on in the last couple of weeks, lol... I love the fact that slow and sure will win the race...I no longer fret over the little stuff... my full time "job" is to make good food choices, one day, one meal, and sometimes one bite at a time!
