My name is Tomi and I am a 26 year old who stepmother of two. I am happily married to my wonderful husband who supports me no matter what I look like or do. I am ready to take the steps I need to lead a healthy life and need all the support I can get! I am one year away from earning a license to teach Prek-5 and my main motivation is to be healthy and beautiful again before I start the search for a real job!

WEIGHT LOSS REWARDS 10 lbs - --MET THIS GOAL! Free Day on July 4th! (No tracking) 15 lbs- New swimsuit (only if accomplished BEFORE August 3) 20 lbs- new pair of jeans 30 lbs- 100$ shopping spree 40 lbs- 50 lbs- New wardrobe to fit into new clothes!
My Program:
Setting small goals to meet my BIG goal! August 3,2011-Lose 15 lbs before our trip to Florida-Buy a new bathing suit for the trip! September 1,2011-Lose 20lbs to start my last semester of classes before I graduate! December 25,2011-Lose 30lbs to look nice for Christmas pics! STAY AWAY FROM CHRISTMAS COOKIES AND THE LIKE!!! February 16,2012-My 27th birthday...would like to be down 40lbs by now...Weight should be 180 May 1, 2012-1-0 more lbs down All weight gone...down to 170

I am from Ada, Ohio and live with my loving husband. I have two amazing step children and will be graduating with my BA in Education in May 2012!
Other Information:
Things I have learned: 1. The scale lies. 2. Eating toxic foods leads to: being tired, feeling like crap, and being too full 3. When you set your mind to something, you can accomplish anything. 4. Anyone can be an "athlete" 5. Don't be afraid to try. 6. Sending the "Spark" out into the world makes you smile more than you ever thought possible. 7. Being in shape makes you feel better than you ever have in your whole life. 8. When you are doing something good for yourself, you become happier and this leads to whole new realms of possibility opening up to you. 9. Eating healthy is actually pretty fun! 10. When your counting calories, going to the grocery is like a life size video game!! hahaha!!
