Right now my workout is walking on the Treadmill and on the Cape Cod Canal when possible with my daughter's dog but with all that is going on having to pack and the time of year it hasn't been really all that easy for me to get it all done!

I am doing the low carb meals so my hope is that will help until I can get back to a normal life!

How are you doing? How was your weekend?
