I officially started attempting to lose weight October 17, 2010, at a high of 262lbs. I lost 20lbs and for some reason wasn't able to push past that barrier. I inexplicably started gaining the weight back and got back up to 255lbs which is when I joined spark people. My health is seriously affected by my weight, and as much as it concerns me, I'm just tired of being this mediocre girl. I just want to be a better version of me.

My Goals:
242lbs -- get back to my original low of 242lb 222lbs -- by the end of September, before I go on vacation.
My Program:
I will try to keep my caloric intake between 1300-1500. I will try to drink my recommended 8 glasses water daily. I will try to get enough fibre and protein daily. I will try to eat breakfast at home before I go to work.
