For My Wife and Kids

Turned 44 this year. Can't say that I've been faithful to the gym. This year will be different.

I want to take care of myself for me #1, but for my wife and kids also.

I must make some changes.

Hi Tom! How are you doing? I hope staying cool. emoticon Thank you for commenting on my blog. As I told another SparkBuddy, If I had to do it all over again, I would so graciously serve my country. Because women and men like you have helped soldiers like me remember the purpose and why we protect this great land of the U.S.A. I salute you! HOAH! emoticon

I have spent a lot of time in Florida, and it is hot. A "wet" heat. LOL.

Thank you so much for the "swift kick"! I needed that! I'm starting to move again - slowly, but I'm starting!
