My Goals:
My Goal is to be fit and trim in my old age. I watched my mother decline so much as she aged and I don't want to go thru what she did.
My Program:
I walk at least 5 miles a day - 5 or 6 days a week. I am trying to become a runner, trying being the operative words here. Most days my workouts are on my treadmill, but if it is cool enough I walk/jog in the mornings. Some days I try to ride my bike for a change up. I have an assortment of workouts on DVD as well. Calories tracked daily - 1200 to 1500.
