My Goal is to be fit and trim in my old age. I watched my mother decline so much as she aged and I don't want to go thru what she did.
I walk at least 5 miles a day - 5 or 6 days a week. I am trying to become a runner, trying being the operative words here. Most days my workouts are on my treadmill, but if it is cool enough I walk/jog in the mornings. Some days I try to ride my bike for a change up. I have an assortment of workouts on DVD as well.
What breed are these adorable dogs? You're living my wanna-be lifestyle, in the doggie arena. Always thought I'd be a dog breeder; we don't even have one right now. I love them, though.... all of them. We're making do with three cats, which isn't the same, though we love them too.
Many congratulations on your weight loss! I, too, have watched my mother deteriorate because of poor choices (mostly because of no exercises). She'll be 90 in November though, because of genetics and her interest in health-giving foods. She shares with me, though, a weakness for desserts.
