I love to dance! Currently studying Latin Salsa & Bachata. Intense study: three years of Japanese folk dance, 8 years Middle Eastern Belly dancing, and 2 years Zumba: Latin/hiphop/African.
My next dancing goal is: Bollywood/Bhangra ! (dances of India)

My Goals:
I want to live healthier and longer.
Lose and keep off ten pounds this calendar year. (2010)
Notice a difference in my shilouette, slimmer waistline.
Better, and more consistent sleep habits.
My Program:
enjoying fewer than 3 100-calorie soda/week.
Salsa dance lesson and socials: two hrs/week, Zumba/Bellydance cardio one hour/week. Strength training twice/week.
Eating more whole grains, fruits and veg.
Less red meat, less "whole fat" products
Clean out my cupboard of refined Sugars, replaced it w/ Kashi foods, and organic whole foods.
Change what I can for the better, and don't stress about what I can't change.

Currently residing in a suburb of Honolulu.

Tokyo, Japan.
Alaska, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Maryland--USA
Other Information:
I M a Freak! Jane and Shel and Maya know me the best ... they know my history AND they still want to be friends, and better yet ... they understand better than any other person(s) I know. (LoL until I cry)

PET PEEVE: Strippers/GoGo dancers who call themselves belly dancers. Belly dancing is seductive, not sleazy!!
We dance with swords and finger cymbals, not on poles or on catwalks.
Respect the art.
