My Program:
Count my calories. I tend to be a binge eater so if I can not remember what I ate. I probably ate too much.(Not scientific, I know. Eat meat only one meal a day. Walk at least 1.5 miles a day. Calisthenics every other day. Go to the gym 4 x a week.
