Get in a healthy weight range, under 175 lbs. Run a real-life 5K (did this first on 3/22/10, did it again a couple more times since!) Complete a sprint triathlon (did this 8/15/10!) Complete a half marathon.
Current 5K PR: 34:00 as of 2/21/2010.
After many years of being sedentary and unhappy with my body, I now take joy every day in fitness and health. I'm not done losing weight or learning new ways to live a healthy lifestyle, but I am proud of how far I've come.
