Hey, I've enjoyed your comments on the Raw Foodies group! Nice to meet you! I like tofu too. I follow the Eat Right 4 Your Type- which makes me borderline vegetarian. I do eat fish (sometimes raw, sometimes cooked). I'm striving to eat 80% raw, mostly plant-based diet. The 20% allowance of cooked foods is mainly reserved for beans or sprouted grain breads, etc. This is the plan, at least! I have trouble with consistency. It looks like we have similar weight goals, and started out close to the same weight. 1767 days ago
Cow hide is not from cows slaughtered for food. Most leather comes from animals overseas and they are treated worse than they are here. Don't fool yourselves vegans don't use leather. Their money would never support anything that profits from animals or leather, Read this article if you have any doubts http://eatingconsciously.blogspot.com/20 09/03/faq-why-dont-vegans-wear-leather -silk.html 1788 days ago
