Hey, I've enjoyed your comments on the Raw Foodies group! Nice to meet you! I like tofu too. I follow the Eat Right 4 Your Type- which makes me borderline vegetarian. I do eat fish (sometimes raw, sometimes cooked). I'm striving to eat 80% raw, mostly plant-based diet. The 20% allowance of cooked foods is mainly reserved for beans or sprouted grain breads, etc. This is the plan, at least! I have trouble with consistency. Cow hide is not from cows slaughtered for food. Most leather comes from animals overseas and they are treated worse than they are here. Don't fool yourselves vegans don't use leather. Kudos to you for joining us here on the Raw Foodies Team. This will be one of the best decisions you have ever made. Sparkers come here and join this great team for a multitude of reasons.
