24 hrs at a time. Thats my new approach to food. Fall off, get back on.

I've been up I 've been down. i have not seen the underside of 200lbs since I was 14 years old. It has never been an issue as I lifted weights, played sports and kept active. I had been an avid weightlifter till my early 30's then the trouble began, desk job, long hours, a constant energy drain. I have dropped down to 240 and ballooned up to 310 over the last 15 years.

Thanks for the comment on my page! Well if we are clones, then you must be feeling pretty good for signing up on this sight. You should also feel pretty focused on getting healthier everyday. Cause that's how I feel right now.
