Thanks for commenting on the blog! Swinging didn't feel that much like exercise, but it sure was a lot of fun. I'm going to pack the running gear again next week for Tallinn; hopefully, the results will be better.

Saw in the huddle that you need support. Sometimes this can be a frustrating journey but we'll be successful if we stick to our plan. You're down 5 lbs which is great and almost at your 1/4 mark! Try to focus on the positive changes you've made. We're not perfect and we learn from our mistakes. You'll get there as long as you don't give up!
