My Goals:
Lose 100 pounds by December 2007
Buy a whole new wardrobe!
Go on a trip to Vegas
Spend less money eating out
Take another cruise 100 pounds lighter...

My Program:
Using Herbalife, Sparkpeople and pure determination...
Drinking lots of water
Exercising 30 minutes a day (increasing to 60 minutes...)
Cutting out sweets (unless sugar free)
Taking one day at a time

Personal Information:
I enjoy going to the beach, reading and spending time with my children.
I am curently working on a Masters degree in Social work. I am active helping my sisters. I also spend a lot of time with my 7 nieces and nephews (ages 5 mos. to 10 years old).

Other Information:
I enjoy reading books by Louise Hayes(to help with positive thinking), taking vacations with my best friend and being creative. I love the ocean and have been on two Carnival Cruises...I plan to take my next cruise at my goal weight so I can really enjoy all that the ship/sites have to offer!

Hi Ready welcome to the groups. We are in several groups together.
Take it slow. I think your goal to lose 100 lbs in a year maybe too high. I don't want you to get upset if you don't make it. You should aim for 1-2 lbs a week. Even if you do everything your supposed to you won't always lose 2 lbs per week.
