Hello, Hello all you lovely people out there. I'm just on my journey to being healthy for what is going to be the last time! Since a doctor reccomendation mid- high school, I've been on & off the wagon. Now, I'm ready to end this cycle. It's time to get healthy, and stay healthy, for good.

I know this is going to be a slow process. But, I'm willing to do whatever it takes day by day to make this happen. Because I'm ready to feel beautiful inside AND out and know that I, as well as everyone else, deserve to be confident and healthy within my own skin.

My Goals:
Height: 5'2"
HW: 170

Final Goal Weight:
135 pounds.
From here I'll re-evaluate and change if necessary.

But, overall, I would like to decrease my blood pressure and cholesteral levels. They're too high for being 20 years old! It's time to turn my life to health because when it all comes down to it, that's what really counts.

My Program:
At this point, I am working up to doing cardio 6x a week and weight lifting 3x a week. I am tracking calories and consuming between 1200-1500, as well as staying within my nutritional ranges.

For Cardio, I mix it up between Tae Bo, Elliptical, Treadmill, Arctrainer, and Pilates, with random exercise videos inbetween.
