Healthy Life part II

I have come a long way over the past year . My journey has taught me to love myself as I am. I know the changes that have occured over the past year have not only been on the outside but also on the inside.

I love eating healthy and exercising everyday. The two combination's give me such an emotional high and stress release, playing a vital part in my daily choices. I know that thanks to Sparks I have found my love of kickboxing and a reason to exercise.

I know on my 50th Birthday I felt awesome! I have come to accept the slower pace of my own weight loss and know that I may not be where I had hoped to have been, but where my body wants me to be.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose the extra pounds that I have put back on over the past 4 years so I can feel healthy and keep up with my Grandkids.

My new goals for 2015 is to take a canoe trip with my husband and to enter and complete in another 5K.

My Program:
I am eating healthy and journaling all the foods I consume in the day. I use the sparks program to determine how many calories are in the food I am going to eat and preplan each day the night before.I work out 6 -7 days per week doing Cardio and free weights. I allow flexibility in my program as long I am meeting my goals.

Personal Information:
I live in Grove City, PA with my husband and two dogs. I have 10 grandchildren who are the pride of my life. I work as a Call Center Manager. My husband and I own a cottage on French Creek in Cochranton PA where we spend most weekends, canoeing, paddle boating, fishing and relaxing.

Hey Tammy I have been doing a lot better today and yesterday for carbs which is great! AWESOME collection, I still use my set that came with the 3 stackable risers, I LOVE the firm. Hey good luck with the Jury Duty I couldn't do mine when i got called years ago due to raising children, tell me how it goes when its over "K"? Have a great night emoticon

Hey Tammy emoticon emoticon yeah I had a nice quite day off it was good ate to many carbs but back with the game now lol. Weekends do go by fast don't they? Great workout!! Hey thats emoticon emoticon way to go on kicking their butts!! And a great workout to boot lol emoticon . I did Simply Intervals-Gin Miller and Cathe F. STS Abs-weights and plates today it was GREAT!! How many Firm dvds do you have? I got most of them even the vhs's lol. My weekend was quiet like I like it lol. Have a great night emoticon
