My Goals:
I would like to lose 120 pounds and get into a lifestyle change of working out and choosing the right foods when around food.
My Program:
I have joined a gym and its so close to work and home its not even funny so there is no excuse not to go, I also try to preplan all my daily meals so I know the calories and everything involved.
Personal Information:
I'm36 years old and live in Scottsdale, AZ but from Albuquerquue, New Mexico. I travel back and forth at least twice a year as all my family and friends are still in NM.
Other Information:
I dont have any children as of yet, but I do have the sweetest love of my life, my dog Sophie. She is a malipoo and I would like to be more active with her and take her for walks and to chase her around.
