There are 2 ways I think of myself physically speaking: as the girl with the beautiful ice blue eyes, or as that obese woman she turned into who's depressed and eating junk food in front of the TV. If I remember that underneath the extra pounds I'm still that beautiful girl, then I believe I deserve to feel like her again.

What did you think of Con Law? I think it is the driest, most boring, dull class I have ever taken, including undergrad. Just picking up the book puts me to sleep. Seriously... if I want to stay awake reading it, I have to stand up at the kitchen counter to read.

Same as you. Too much homework. I live in front of the computer. Spark is my sanity break. I hate these classes this semester and can't wait to get them over with. I'm not behind, but I haven't started outlining yet either and that's giving me fits. I've also been preparing my application for admission to the bar, which in Ohio is due November 15 of your second year of law school. Now *that's* been fun! Try going back over 30 years to list every address you ever lived at! LOL I gained a few pounds over the summer and can't get rid of them. I have been trying to work out a little though, swimming and bike riding mostly. That also helps relieve some stress. Glad you made it back! But I certainly understand why you've been gone!

Hey Laurie, it's been... you know. Stuff. Sticking with my food plan. Down about 45 lbs since April, working with an OA sponsor. Issues with the kid. Too much homework. Basically no time to mess around on the internet so I haven't been "sparking" much. Trying to stay off email and facebook too. If I have time to sit at the computer I feel I should be spending it studying, since I'm always behind.
