    Thanks for checking up on me, Tobie - yes, it's kind of exciting getting close to goal, but a little scary too - have to start thinking about maintaining and setting other goals. But SP and the folks here have thought of that and I know I'll continue to get support.

    Your little turtle is making progress too! Have you added your pounds lost to the class team total yet - we're up to over 500 pounds.

    I came across your page because I was browsing other Austin folks. It looks like our starting weights, goals, and maybe lifestyles ar pretty similar-- I'm not sure I'm trying to get to a specific weight, so I change the number all the time, but close enough, right?

    Have you asked your personal trainer these questions? It sounds like you may be over training. Listen to your body if it needs rest, give it rest. It's hard for me too. I exercise a lot and if I miss a day or don't get my heart rate to it's max for long enough, I feel like I slacked that day. A spinning coach said it's all about heart rate zones not about busting your balls. If you spend too much time above the cardio zone you don't burn calories (that's what she said), which I found hard to believe. The best thing to do is educate yourself. What about your calorie intake? How's that been because that is just as important as excercise. Just some suggestions. You can do this! Don't be discouraged.
