Maintain Your Motivation!

I am a college student working a full time job, going to class full time, and trying to look better. I also believe by reaching my goal weight in a productive way (not crash dieting or binge eating) I will be more healthy.

I am currently doing the P90X workouts which don't exactly meet up with the fitness planner on here, but I will eventually add it to my fitness plan; promise.

Losing weight is a challenging task for everyone who wants to loose weight. The key is to keep oneself motivated and enthusiastic about the whole process till you see some real results. But once you start seeing the pounds fall off then you are inspired to keep at it for the rest of your life.
