No Excuses!!!!!!!

I am a 24 year old senior in college student who is about is about 80-90 pounds over weight. I started Sparkpeople a few years ago and gave up and now i'm back and ready for the challenge.I always start and give up, all I do is just gain more weight, but this time I gotta make it happen.

My Goals:
Weigh 244 by May 2013

Complete 20 mins on treadmill at 3.0 with out stopping including 5 min warmup.

Fit into a size 18 jeans

My Program:
I definately get bored very fast!! With that being said I love variety. I am working out at 4-5 times a week. I am using the treadmill, Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, Zumba, Just dance wii and occasionally doing the workouts that are on demand.

Hi there sweety :) i guess were both on the same boat :) the work out was a challenge i set my self as soon as i joined! so far so good luckily i get my meals out of the way have my 2 hour break and im off for an hour burning 650 cals onit! see if u can try the same trick! i've done it for 4 days so far..

like i said my weakness is the night cravings..for now ill leave it even if i give in, but that will be my week 2 challenge!

how about we work onit together? i need me a buddy too xx emoticon
