No Excuses!!!!!!!

I am a 24 year old senior in college student who is about is about 80-90 pounds over weight. I started Sparkpeople a few years ago and gave up and now i'm back and ready for the challenge.I always start and give up, all I do is just gain more weight, but this time I gotta make it happen.

My Goals:
Weigh 244 by May 2013

Complete 20 mins on treadmill at 3.0 with out stopping including 5 min warmup.

Fit into a size 18 jeans

My Program:
I definately get bored very fast!! With that being said I love variety. I am working out at 4-5 times a week. I am using the treadmill, Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, Zumba, Just dance wii and occasionally doing the workouts that are on demand.

Hey, I think they changed the young sparkers age range! I remember it being like 18-24.... I was already too old for it back then I thought! Hah hah. Well, I am 29 now, but in a little while I will be out of range! Ahhh, I dont mind getting old! I have embraced my gray hairs! Yep, Ive got 'em!
Anyway, just wanted to say hello to you, and thanks for dropping by my page! Whatever you do dont give up this time! I have actually gone off track while sparking and I just pick right up again. I even gained back some weight, but I just got right back on track. That is the key. If you dont beat yourself up and stay away frmo your support system you wont be too far from success!!! You can always come back- even after you have eaten 8 cups of popcorn and a bunch of peanut butter... Its still all good, just log back into spark and try again!!!!

And, btw, I recommend going into your reports section and checking what your daily calories in/out looks like. You will see what your maintenance calories are, for when you just need to eat a little more- but dont want to gain weight. Sometimes I eat 1800 calories or so... But I dont gain weight because I am within my BMR! Check it out! You can always pray, that helps me too :)
