REFOCUSING & RECOMMITING
May 2010 (2 YEAR SPARKVERSARY!!!)
So two years into this journey, huh? Pretty surreal. Trully it seems longer in some way and shorter in another way.Now its time to recommit and refocus my goals and dedication to my health, since school takes most of my time, health comes second in my list of priorities, weightloss has been slow and most weeks it is a neutral maintain. But for the last time i really need to focus my ALL into what i put in my mouth since its the harder part for me, because for ONCE in my life i can call myself a GYM RAT ( YAAY!!) I workout everyday and move alot in my uni. I feel lighter and more energetic than any other time in my teenage years. I still haven't mastored the skill of giving myself credit on my progress ever since May08, but i have alot more confidence than ever, drinking alot of water is a habit i gained during this awesome journey. I don't even remember the last time i emotionally ate, it is true that i have not been as commited to counting my calories and although i have devaloped a habit of eating 3 main meals and feel satisfied by them, my only problem that i haven't controled yet, is snack time. Its either i snack on alot of fruits or i eat too much date (I LOVE DATE!) date in kuwait is the best so i tend to eat a little too much. I need to control my snacks and search for healthier snacks AWAY from strong temptations!
I have progressed in my school and majored in chemical engineering i still have a long way ahead of me but balance is the key to everything! I do spinning classes and actually ENJOY them when i never used to before,i love RUNNING, walking, swimming and any other form of exercise which is a HUGE progress for me. I am finding my inner athlete, i just have to eat the RIGHT & PROPER amounts of food to BECOME ONE!

Reason for getting overweight: I live in a HOT area , so going out and walking or just having normal picnics is VERY hard during summer , and spring , cause really u will come back sweating like crazy. I was a normal girl , until 9th grade when i started to flunk in math , as a result i would be depressed and just punish myself by eating more , thats when i started to gain the 10 kg i couldnot get rid of later on, and even at that time i didn't understand what it meant to be over weight! Unfortunatly for the last 4 years i've been trying to go down , with no results until i just couldn't stand it and HAD TO do something about it!!
Reason for getting healthier: I want to be a healthy person ! And gain my confidence back and fit into a size HEALTHY jeans :)

Drink 2 Liters of water per day.
Eat 3 kinds of Fruit and vege's every day.
Walk ever day.
Be active no matter what!

I weigh right now 148 and my goal weight is 132!!
