Hello, First of all my name is Tammy, i'm 38 years old and live in Joplin,MO. I am the wife of Tony for 13 years. I have 2 sons, Andrew who is almost 18 and lives in North Carolina and a very special angel Zachary. Zachary was 12 when he was taken by the Joplin tornado on May 22,2011, He would be 14 if he was still alive. After my sweet boys passing my weight spiraled even worse out of control. I am starting out at 283.6 and wanting a goal of 140. Please help I need all of it I can get
