I want to get back to pre-marriage weight of 145. I want my Bettie Page body back!

My biggest osbtacle is time/energy. I'm a single, working mom who volunteers for the things I believe in. For me to lose weight, it means I've successfully chiseled out time around work and my daughter, for me to exercise every day and plan meals.

My Goals:
Immediate goals:
September 9 - a fit 185
Feb 11 - a fit 145

Longterm goals:
* Lost all the weight gained during marriage - was 145lbs, size 9/10, 36 b/c.
* Understand that, since having a kiddo, my shape will be different (stored fat loves thinned ab walls, whee).
* Be prepared to adjust my target weight if, due to above, it's just not healthy to be at 145. :)

My Program:
Every day, either Tae Bo: Total Body Fat Blaster, or pursing Couch to 5K program

Avoiding carbs/starch -white doughs, potatoes, corn and peas, sugary foods.
