TIME TO SHINE in '09

My name is Hollie, and when I started this journey I had 170 lbs to lose. I recommitted to this weight loss journey on August 25, 2008 and feel more determined than I have in a long time. I KNOW I will succeed, and I KNOW I will be healthy. I am so DONE being the fat girl!

Update: As of May 5, 2009 I have lost over 40 lbs! I changed my eating plan and feel better than ever. I have eliminated sugar and caffeine, and have also started eating REAL food - no processed junk. This way of eating has helped me to stop binging, and get rid of my sugar addiction. I still have about 130 lbs to lose, but I am on the right track!

I FINALLY met my first 10% weight loss goal, and am now working on 15% (283 lbs).

August 25, 2009 - 1 year later - I've lost 61 lbs!

55% = 149.9

I officially need to lose HALF of ME before I'm at goal weight!
