    Hi! I think we were friends before - maybe the 50 pound challenge? - and I see you're "all new"!

    I also notice you're doing TSFL/Medifast. I began Medifast Aug 12 and LOVE it. I've lost 13 pounds, and the cravings monster is GONE.
