Beautiful woman - good luck on the journey. I also have a fb group going called Kicking Those Pounds to the Curb - you are welcome to join if you like. Just motivation, recipes, suggestions. Three of us in there are on spark and my boyfriend will be joining as soon as he comes up here from IA this weekend.
